Situated along the water's edge, the Harborside Pavilion is the realization of every bride's dreams. Our elegantly tented outdoor ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests. Although fully enclosable, one may open the sides for dining "al fresco" or close the clear sides for a cozy and initmate setting.

Harborside Lawn

The surrounding Lawn is the ideal setting for a romantic wedding ceremony overlooking the water, or a relaxed outdoor cocktail reception. The lawn remains available to Pavilion partygoers all evening, allowing your guests the option to mix and mingle under the starfilled sky and enjoy the glittering Boston backdrop.

Confirmation of Space & Deposits

An initial nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with the signed contract.

Final Payment

Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check money order, check credit card or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date. A credit card will be collected with the final payment to cover overages and /or incidentals charges incurred during and following the wedding.

Fees

All prices subject to a 15% Service Charge, 9% Administrative Fee (which is not a gratuity for wait staff, service bartenders or service employees), and 7% Massachusetts Meal Tax.

Guest Accommodations

A room block may be setup for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor.

Check in time is 3:00pm, and check out time is 12 noon. We will offor the discounted block of rooms until 30 days before your wedding date.

Guarantee

A final guarantee is due by 11:00am three business days prior to your event. Once received this number may not be reduced.

Ceremony Information

Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor has a variety of indoor and outdoor space to host your ceremony. Ceremony fee is $1,200.
